We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and there was ample parking available. Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were some communication issues with the staff, particularly at the reception and during massages. English proficiency was low and staff would abruptly leave conversations or speak to each other in Turkish without acknowledging guests.

Upon arrival at this hotel, we were impressed by the luxurious amenities provided. Our spacious and comfortable room was equipped with exclusive features that made our stay memorable. During my Xmas stay, I was really impressed with the beautiful grounds and facilities of the hotel. the pool area was absolutely stunning, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas for relaxing in the sunshine. the hotel also had a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach and close to various shops and restaurants. This made it really convenient for exploring the local area. the gym at the hotel was well-equipped and spacious, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine even on vacation.
The staff at the reception and spa lacked communication skills and often struggled to understand English. during my massage, the therapist left the room twice without any explanation, which left me feeling a bit confused.
